RecommendedI’ve been very pleased with the A3 Smart Home monitoring system which I’ve had for awhile. They have been excellent in communicating with me. Two days ago, A3 came out (Trevor Johnson) and upgraded my system to all wireless. Trevor was thorough in explaining everything; he asked questions when needed; he was knowledgeable; he was polite and friendly. His work was excellent. I would give Trevor 5 stars for his installation and work ethic.

Had house upgraded Tuesday. Both Tech’s we’re excellent. Had some questions. They were both very knowledgeable. Very friendly. If anyone want’s an alarm system or upgrade there system I would defiantly recommend A3 Smart Home.
Joshua came to do the upgrade. Very professional and I enjoyed working with Abdi the sales agent as well. I love my new system.
