My name is Rafael Diaz Sr I had excruciating tooth pain with migraines and shooting pain up through my nose and was looking for a dentist, I had heard about Dr Santos on the radio. So I called the office trying to make an appointment. The office assistant I spoke to said with Medi-cal, they could not accept that insurance. I did explain that this insurance was temporary and my Delta Dental was coming back on, I tried to explain I had called my insurance and was told if they were to speak to D
Misdiagnosis, poor scheduling, and procedure caused several months of endless pain. To get the issue fix it cost me close to 20k by another dentist. However, the dental hygienist at this office is one of the best I encountered. She taught me proper oral health care.
