Very satisfied with Aaron's help. Working with Aaron was amazing. This was my 2nd mortgage refinance with him and his company. Easy peasy! I have worked with Aaron several times and he has always listened to what my needs were and didn’t fuss If I wasn’t quite ready to move forward. He would check up with me every so often and he helped me get my credit where I needed it to be. If I need these services again I would ask for him again. Plus he made sure that my loan was processed and closed in the most efficient time frame that a loan can be made! Excellent customer service!
Best Experience This is my second experience with Royal United Mortgage LLC . My first experience was so professional everything that Aaron told me was exactly how he said it would. So I sold my house and two years later I took out a loan for home improvements on the house I am in now.

Was a very good experience Aaron Bayles was great to work with; he always returns calls and emails. He is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with' gets answers to questions quickly and if he doesn't know, he takes the time to find the correct answer.I really appreciate the extra time he took and didn't rush me on any phone calls. He is a person that puts Quality his work. Can't say it enough (Just a good person to work with.)
