I came to get an evaluation of my knee for a potential meniscus tear, and after observing me during some body weight bearing exercises, Dr. Carter was very attentive and listened to my descriptions of my symptoms carefully. He provided a detailed explanation and provided answers to my questions patiently.
Dr. Carter is an excellent physician and took a great amount of time to explain everything to me when I saw him for my shoulder and used diagrams and reviewed all of the imaging with me so that I completely understood what was going on and what I needed to do to get better
Dr. Carter is a true professional. From the moment I met him I felt cared for and special! Dr. Carter was able to calm my fears as he graciously and perfectly explained my procedure to me. He was kind and considerate and even let me pray for the surgery ahead. He knows his craft and I highly recommend he and his staff at Town Center Orthopedics to anyone who requires that kind of care.
I went to the ER with a broken arm, and Dr. Carter just happened to be the orthopedist on call that day. He diagnosed my problem, and explained it in terms I could understand without condescending. The quality of his surgery was excellent and he made sure I understood what was going to happen. The staff at his practice are also excellent. I relay questions to Dr. Carter's assistant, who asks him when necessary, and I get a prompt answer.
