I met Aaron years ago when I was a realtor. During that time we met multiple times as networking between lenders and realtors is a very common practice, beneficial for both! Best advice given to me: "Don't settle on your 1st Loan Officer/Mortgage co." Thank goodness! Aaron and Capstone was our third call, and they did not disappoint. We are very glad we found them. I highly recommend Aaron and team for your mortgage needs. He and team were extremely helpful and always available to answer any queries. They kept us informed at each step of the process. Also their online app was very helpful in uploading or signing any documents and also tracking the progress of the loan application. This made the process a lot faster and smooth.
Arron and team are there for you every step of the way. He is exceptionally responsive, knowledgeable, professional and kind. This was our second transaction with him in the last few months. Both were tricky and he knew just what to do.
We have bought two homes and did a refi using Aaron and his team and each time was better than the last. His team is quick to answer any questions we had along the way which is great when you wake up in the middle of the night with a random thought about the process. Everything but final closing was done electronically which is awesome given the current health climate. Aaron is our mortgage guy for life! Cannot recommend him enough!
