Aaron was patient with all of our questions. He was very responsive to every question we had in a very timely manner. He explained everything to us so that we could understand. He gave us options so that we were able to choose what was best for us. He was never NOT available. He reminded us when we forgot things and never made us feel "dumb". friendly, LOW PRESSURE. another lender put a lot of pressure on me to take their suggestions and had me on the phone for 40 min. Aaron and some of the prior agents whom i spoke with were all friendly, easy going and presented themselves in a manner that told me they were there to assist me, not the other way around.
