Aaron and his staff were very accommodating and user friendly and responsive. I give Aaron and his crew high marks for that. I will not hold anything against them as far as the process itself was concerned which they had no control over. I give very low marks for the process and the ridiculous requests from the underwriters. The underwriters don't have a clue about reality and several times I came close to dropping it because of them but Aaron and his staff did their best to clam me down.
