This was my first home purchase and Aaron and my Realtor were amazing. I originally went through another loan company and was displeased with them not trying to get me a lower rate. Aaron helped me with this and answered all my questions I had about financing a new home, interest rates, down payment percentages and what would happen if I put different amounts down. I was previously working with another lender that wasn't Aaron. About a week before closing I received notification from them that they were turning me down for my mortgage. My realtor suggested I give Aaron a shot, even though such a tight timeframe would make it difficult. I called Aaron that day and he was got me rolling on my application. I'm busy. I bet you're busy, too. Finding a trustworthy professional to help me through the crazy associated with purchasing my home while "accounting for" rather than "curing" how busy I am was important to me.
