Beware! For 2 service calls in a row, ABA Appliance did not show up during their scheduled service call window of 4 hours. After reading many positive reviews I felt confident about working with ABA. I called on a Thursday and they were able to offer a Friday afternoon appointment between 12-5 to repair our ice maker....
My new carrier unit that ABA installed less than 1 year ago does NOT work. I called for service and was told that they only have 1 tech working the weekend and that he was booked up and couldn't make it until tomorrow. This is totally unacceptable and extremely poor service. What poor planning to only have 1 tech when the temps are hot! I bet if it was the owner that they would call another...
I wish I had read reviews on this company before I wasted 2 days waiting on them to not show. I have called and been told oops sorry didn't get you on the schedule but someone will come before noon....guess what, no phone call and no show! Do not waste your time. I would not trust their work. I would rate them no stars but cannot post this unless I give them a star.

Editorial review from Citysearch They basically lied to me. I agree with Alan to install a new mini split and to fix another one for a certain amount. Half of it was paid in advance and the other half was supposed to be paid at the completion of the work. They came several times to my place and their only concern was to get the money. Alan was always claiming that they had done more than what they were supposed to and wanted to get the money because his boss (who is also his father) was freaking out....
