Love it! My family and I love everything about The Abbey: the office staff, the apartment layout, the grounds. We always had ample warning when the fire department would be doing inspections or when there was going to be work done on our building. There were very few times that we needed a maintenance person, but they were always prompt. The property is clean and very well taken care of. My only complaint would be that the dumpster situation is messy, but that is mainly because the city doesn't pick up trash but once a week.... read more
The Abbey at Vista Ridge Due to a fire, we moved into an apartment. We haven't lived in an apartment since 1969. After much searching, we decided on The Abbey Vista Ridge. So far it has been a very pleasant experience. If you need maintenance or anything else, just call the office. The complex is very well maintained. Power Washing was done this week. Love This is my first apartment and Im so happy with it. Amanda was great help to my roommate and I. Still a sweetheart after we applied with her. Ive been a resident for 3 months and its been great and they added a dog park! Great location, close to everything and the highways. Its quiet and neighbors are usually families and nice people. I haven't had any issues.
Abbey at Vista Ridge Well managed and up to date. Maintenance team is really good. Owners less interested in clients. More interested in the money. Not loyal to existing tenants. BUT, in a great location and overall a great complex, in spite of the owners.
