We loved our consultation experience with Bobbie and Dr. Felty. Bobbie is so good with the kids and informative. She answered all my questions and helped me understand what was going on structurally in my kids' mouths, and the process of monitoring them as they grow so we can be proactive as their teeth come in and bones grow! The atmosphere was relaxed and they even gave the kids a cute t-shirt with their mascot on it. So fun! Great first experience. We walked away with huge smiles on our faces 😁😉🥰
Warm welcoming atmosphere, from the front staff to the assistants. It is very evident right from the consultation that Dr. Felty and Dr. Thong take pride in their work/profession. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose this office again without hesitation. These ladies are the definition of professionalism. 10/10 would recommend!
I have been going to Abbotsford Orthodontics for a few years now and I have never had a bad experience. From the front staff to the back, they are all knowledgeable, amazing, and kind! I took my kids (ages 7 and 8) for their free consultation, and even they left loving it there!! I can not say enought good things and I highly recommend them!
The first time I called to book a consult I was met with the friendliest voice on the other end. The clinic itself is very child friendly and the staff are SO nice and welcoming. I’ve been to other medical or dental offices where the staff just seem miserable so it was nice to see that these people seem to really love what they do, it shows in how they treat the patients. So glad we decided to make the treck from Langley it was worth it.
Dr Felty and her entire team are the best. They are very respectful and patient and always lead with a kind approach. The atmosphere is calm and fun, definitely a different experience than one would expect at an orthodontist. I actually look forward to my visits as the staff is really positive and upbeat. I’m almost finished my adult braces and all I can say is I wish I did it sooner.
