BEWARE! The owner Mike Soper took a deposit in the amount of half of the job (over 3k) in October and never returned to do the job. After multiple no-shows, cancelations, and reschedules that also resulted in cancelations, I asked for a refund. We're in January and I haven't received a refund yet. The owner of Abbott Brother Plumbing & Heating stole my money. I've filed a complaint with my credit card company, and plan to report Mike to the HVAC and MHIC licensing board members. Nothing but problems with them. how hard is it to show up to a job on time or at least call and say you can't make it?
