From start, meeting them at the NARI show, to later meeting with Lauren from the sales team and finding the windows we wanted, to finish with installation by Carlos, the crew from Abby Windows made us feel like family. Outstanding experience with Abby Windows and exteriors. We replaced all 21 double hung windows, including the infamous round top windows in our living room. They were replaced with elongated double hungs with top squared off. They look fantastic! All windows full replacement. Sales with Lauren was low pressure. We were very satisfied with the services provided by Abby Windows, from sales to installation. Lauren was very responsive and helpful in selling and ordering our windows. Despite supply chain issues, our windows arrived and installed nearly a month early. Communication regarding supply chain issues was up front and honest, which we appreciated.
