Abc 123...from the start a few years ago when I first bought my son ...the staff is always friendly and smiling. And the positive interaction they have with my special needs daughter is amazing!!!! They are able to xray and exam and clean her teeth without any help from me...they treat and talk to her like any other child. I will bring my kids here till the day they out grow a pediatric dentist.
I wouldnt take my kids anywhere else, Dr. Diaz and her staff are amazing here and they always make my kids feel comfortable and make the visit enjoyable...especially when they get their prize! :)
Yesterday was my sons 2 year old visit. The staff was great! The entire experience has been excellent (from making an appointment to leaving the clinic). 2 thumbs up.
They will take your child as a patient, gain the child’s trust, then after being a patient for over a year tell you all of a sudden when you try to schedule a new appointment they don’t take your insurance, even though they did previously. When you verify this with you insurance company they say they do cover their services. No insurance claim from my child has ever been denied and my account has always been paid up to date. I took my 1 year old to have her teeth checked for the first time. Staff is great with kids but Dr was cold and wanted to do root canal on 2 baby teeth and cap 2 teeth and fill 2 more teeth for cavities without any x-rays done. Giving me anxiety about placing child in hospital for procedure. I’m glad I got second opinion. She doesn’t even have half of what Dr Diaz said she has!!!! Do your research on a place well.

We are very sorry that you had this experience! We strive very hard to have excellent communication with all of our patients and their parents. We would NEVER restore teeth that did not have decay! Any patient who is unable to have x-rays taken has the possibility of having their treatment plan change once their x-rays are taken. Diagnosis is always based on what is clinically evident in the absence of x-rays. We would love the opportunity to discuss this with you further.
My daughter came out upset from a visit and Dr. Diaz is not that good of pediatric dentist to calm a nervous kid. Just said " Let's get through this", will not be back!
