Came in to just test drive a vehicle that I was interested in and saw online that they had one in stock at this dealership. Charles welcomed us in when got to the lot and listened to us right off the bat. I told him which vehicle I wanted to test drive and he had us on the road within minutes. I always take my Nissan here for maintenance and they never disappoint. Eddie and Sam are always very helpful, generous and knowledgeable. I trust them wholeheartedly with my car and helping me to keep her in tiptop shape. The only thing that would keep me from recommending this place is that it is pricey compared to other maintenance shops but for me the service is well worth it.
I made an appointment for an oil change. Upon arrival, Austin greeted me promptly, walked around my vehicle and provided recommendations on additional services based on the mileage/age of my vehicle. I appreciate that he was not pushy, but informative. My vehicle was ready as promised and my experience was exceptional!
Ahriy was super nice and very helpful. I went in for an oil change and walked out with a new 400Z. I did not feel pressured, and they really helped me get to a payment that was realistic for me. Thank you Ahriy for your great Customer service And for staying in contact after I purchased the car.🤘🏻
