I had an 11:00 appointment, arrived early at 10:50. The Service Department was busy because of Holiday weekend. I chose to wait, even though I was offered a shuttle ride. The service was adaquite,. RO opened at 11:00- time of payment on Credit card 14:36. Total time was 3:36.
