Negotiated on price, their math was padding the entire sale by about 12% of the purchase price that wasn't on price breakdown and they refused to admit was even there. Enjoyable I did not know what car I wanted to buy, but Kyle helped me find the right one after a few test drives. He took the time to explain things and figure out the best fit for me. I did not really have a moment where I regretted choosing this dealership. They were willing to work with my budget.

I purchased my 2013 Xterra on 12/31 and he made the process quick and efficient. He was very detailed and knowledgeable on the truck's specs and options. Tracy, was exceptional because we check out several... Tracy, was exceptional because we check out several vehicles to opt to buy but ended up being sold to meet our needs. She looked throughout the dealership and found a hidden car that was on display that no one seem to know about for sale. She and Tony both worked hard to get the numbers down so we can afford the car. Without this great costumer service and team support through ABC Nissan we might have gone elsewhere. This happened to be our third car from ABC Nissan.
Great Sales Team Carey Anderson Jr. was excellent. He went out of his way to make it a pleasant experience. He was patient with us when looking for a new vehicle and discovered our needs and presented the perfect vehicle for us. The finance manager was pleasant, efficient, and did a great job. The whole process was time consuming and could have been streamlined but, because of the great service from Carey and the finance manager Jamie, we are more than satisfied.
