Albert is so wonderful to work with and he tells you what you need to do. I was the broken one and with his help, I am the one being trained every week. My dogs seem to get it fast while working with Albert but I am the one that he really needs the visit with each week! He trains you so you can start to understand dog body launguage and how to become the Alpha that they respect.

I can't say enough about Albert or Russell's K9 Academy. Albert is just as focused on training the dog owner as he is the dogs. Learning together has built trust, and has become a real bonding experience for us. Albert's one of the best teachers I've ever met. And you'd be hard pressed to find anyone else out there who cares as much about your progress and your dog's progress as he does. Truly the best decision I've made since adopting Ajax.

I have a 8 month old Neapolitan Mastiff who was starting to become pushy and dominant. He is 120 pounds and was starting to have his own agenda and not listening to me at all which is hard when he is bigger than I am already. I knew I needed to get him listening to me if I was going to have a very large dog. After the first session with Russells K9 Academy my Rodey has done a 180. He listens to me and respects my space now, I feel like I have a lot more confidence with him. I'm so happy with how much he learned in such a sho... read more

Albert spent 5 hrs with us...and by us I mean our "new" 3 year old Golden, 7 yr old Golden, 9 yr old Chihuahua and 8 yr old retired K-9 lab am. Bulldog mix....all we can say is WOW! He had his work cut out for him getting the new girl accepted into our already established pack. The knowledge he gave us to "train" our mindset/energy so WE are the pack leaders was invaluable!!! Make no mistake though, persistence and patience takes a LOT of hard work to make the pack work and live peacefully! THANK YOU Albert!!!! We WILL have ... read more

Albert is a wonderful trainer! We have a now 10 month old beautiful German Shepherd named Jeni that at about 5 months old, she thought she owned the place, and she did!. We have 2 small dogs, a cat and 3 adults in the house. She was mouthy, constantly doing the puppy biting thing. At first we thought it was cute because she was teething and figured she would grow out of that behavior, but she didn't. As those teeth got bigger and her mouth got much larger, I began to wonder if I had purchased the wrong puppy for our family.... read more

We moved to Fl a year ago with our then 2yr old Doberman Bosco and Henry, a rescue white lab looking dog all was well in the world. Then a couple of months ago as they were both turning 3 we started seeing increased aggression between the 2. Bosco was snarling at Henry when we went to bed. (yes they slept with us) The final straw was when Bosco had Henry by the neck shaking him on the driveway . We saw Albert Russells advertisement on FB and decided to give him a call. We were very concerned that we might have to rehome on... read more

5 stars for our friend Albert! Our golden doodle Marley, is an extremely energetic breed and to say the least she was a tad out of control. The first visit we had with Albert was basically night and day. We learned so much from him, and we look forward to future visits. Thanks again albert, we look forward to seeing you!
