So I filled out Able's ad for a Non-QM mortgage. They do bank statement loans for self employed people which is very normal. The issue here is I got a call back from Tim, a loan officer that works for Abel or works with Abel. Tim sounded knowledgeable but like most non-qm guys he's not reliable.
