Don’t waste your time as they sell your contact information to other lenders! Within 5 minutes after filling out the form for Abel to schedule me I received no less than 7 telephone calls and text messages from other lenders. Coincidence , I think not!

So I filled out Able's ad for a Non-QM mortgage. They do bank statement loans for self employed people which is very normal. The issue here is I got a call back from Tim, a loan officer that works for Abel or works with Abel. Tim sounded knowledgeable but like most non-qm guys he's not reliable. The situation: Wife and I have a business for 18 months self employed have bank statements showing 200k income a month, 740 FICO, but wanted to do 10% downpayment in the SF Bay Area.
