We were not impressed. We specifically took our 2.5 year old there because we were given the impression they were capable of doing pediatric dental work. We received 5 minutes of poor quality care and were referred to other specialists in Watertown and Sioux Falls. Staff were not at all kid friendly. The hype they advertise about the IdeaPaint wall, bubbles, balloons, toys, magic and goodie bags to make children more comfortable and relaxed...we never saw any of that. I miss the way things were ran when Dr. Opp was in charge! These girls behind the desk have one heck of an attitude and it seems they are trying to compete as to who has more power. I have decided not to come back and I am finding a new dentist, which I hate doing. I absolutely will miss my hygentist! She was fantastic!There's no other option at this point! And to top it off, the new dentist takes more sick days than what a 7 year old with explosive diarrhea takes off of school!

Expensive and he didn't even look in my mouth. He just said you're good.

To expensive and seemed unfriendly after going from blue cross blue shield to Medicaid. Just didn't seem to have the same courtesy as when I had the good insurance.
