we feel gail went above and beyond to help us. she even accomedated us because we had to wait a bit longer to close on our home. she took care of us like we were family.she made sure we can work even during covid since we work from home

Our loan was extremely challenging due to issues with Covid (PPP loan, etc.). Gail just wouldn’t let go! She kept all parties involved and accountable, forcing them to think things through and find a solution. She pushed hard and it paid off.

It's an onerous process these days with repeated requests for documents, etc. That's not Gail's fault. She and her team were wonderful in walking us through the process and keeping in touch. Very patient with our non-technological ways. I had a problem with our printer but they were always helpful.
