Amazing bank. It stays open during the pandemic, while keeping everything clean, while some of the other banks (like Chase) simply shut down. The staff is always friendly and professional, they treat their customers well. Highly recommend.

I've been a member for over 8 years and I'm really pleased that this is my bank! I've financed 4 cars, and they've always worked with me to get me the best possible interest rate and payment plan. Nettie in particular has been great to work with. I haven't experienced being treated as just a "number" at any time, but feel that in general, I really am a valued customer!
