Able Insurance has a “ calming down effect “. Let me explain. Last week while traveling we had a rock hit our windshield. It hit so hard that shards of glass flew through the car. My husband was driving and our 4 year old granddaughter was riding in the back. We pulled over because my husband was very shaken, it hit right in front of him and our granddaughter was crying. I’ve always had a positive experience and like dealing with able and will continue to recommend them. However, today when I check the mail and I see my insurance went up to $242.75 when originally with two vehicles it was $181. I was told it was cause I took a vehicle off so it took away my multi-vehicle discount. I was also interrupted mid sentence during the conversation which I found extremely rude. So I asked to talk to someone else and was again given attitude, “well my husband billy and I own the business so who else w... read more
