We bought a new house and had three weeks before moving in. We wanted to replace/refinish almost all of the flooring throughout the house before moving in. While my experience with them started off very well, it ended very poorly. We used them for carpet install, laminate install, and hardwood refinish. The carpet and laminate did get installed before we moved, but the hardwood debacle was not resolved until weeks after we moved in. In retrospect, we tried to do the best on an old wood floor and your expectations and ours were not in sync.For that poor communication, I am sorry. While we tried numerous times to make you happy, your expectations were unrealistic. Finally to make you happy, we paid to replace the entire floor with another company. So you ended up with a new floor of your choice instead of a old floor. In my opinion a more the fair and expensive solution to make a customer happy.
I had some laminate and tile work that needed to be done and was looking to get an estimate for the job. After researching Angie's list to find someone to perform the work I chose "About Floors N' More" because of the stellar ratings they received. We do not fix other people's work or install products bought at other companies due to the poor quality of some of these products.. It is hard to give a cost estimate for work when you do not know the full scope or see the job. We certain install tile we sell to insure a quality job and if this was not communicate properly, I am sorry for the miscomunication. No one was rude or unprofessional. Since Nov 2011, when your job was done, we have changed refinishing companies to avoid any further issue. Sorry for the problem you had over two years ago.
The provider came out and gave us an estimate for the service initially. But when we called him a second time he didn't call back promptly and when her did wehad decided to use someone else.
