Was treated with respect by friendly staff. Sheila (nurse) greeted me with a smile and warm greeting. She asked pertinent questions and explained “process.” Dr. Tilley was his usual professional self. During this visit he firmly but kindly informed me of his plan to treat my hypothyroidism. ( a little reminder of who was the doctor and who was the retired RN).🙂.
