RecommendedI was very happy with the service/repair on my Coleman furnace.
RecommendedWe have used Absolute Air for years. The owner, Mark is ALWAYS helpful and shows concern for any problem we have experienced. He kept our old unit running WELL past it’s lifespan until we could afford the new unit. The service techs have always been very conscientious about the work they do AND have ALWAYS cleaned up afterwards. I will continue to support this small, family owned business because they CARE about what they do and how they do it!

RecommendedMark at Absolute Air came out to our home after hours responding to a service request that we had made. Our furnace was turning on and off every other minute, and that was during the cold snap we had a few weeks ago. It's a good thing he came when he did, because after investigation, he found that there was a crack in the heat exchange. was assigned this company by Nipsco Home Solutions for service in my furnace which hadn't been functional. On Feb 21, 2021 a Mr. Allen arrived. My boyfriend carried his tools down the stairs and assisted him down/back up the stairs. We explained what was going on. He felt the blower motor which by this time hadn't been on more than 10 hours. I understand that your experience was unexpected, however, our serviceman was abiding by the rules of your insurance company. If Soot is observed in equipment, we are to deem unit unable to be repaired. If there is soot inside if the unit (especially the amount that the photos showed) there is a much bigger problem with the furnace and it would be irresponsible for our service technician to repair and leave a unit up in running that could possibly be detrimental to your family and home.
