The entire process was very positve. There was a very long 'lead time' but this was explained and anticipated from the very beginning. Independantly, I ordered tile for the lanai deck and delivery of the tile was a lot longer than anticipated so that pushed the entire project out. But Absolute was patient and remained in contact with me as we had to adjust project schedules.
