A good experience in spite of the hurricane.
Communications were poor and expectations poorly set throughout, very frustrating, hence the 3 star rating. See additional comments below for details. However, I would give 5 stars for James DesJardins AWESOME customer service - resolving my windows installation issue and providing detailed descriptions on the care of my Elite room and long term care of the new paver patio. If all of your communications and customer service were of James-level quality, I would've recommended Absolute Aluminum to anyone.
I would recommend but with a caution as too the process of timing (use of email or texting only), framing and windows not coordinated. Company's preference of not talking to a human being!!!
The service, quality, and communication all met my expectations.
They completed the work as I requested. I was happy with the job.
