The original salesperson was awesome. He noticed some of the failings that were in the old gutter system. When they installed the new gutter, they followed the path of the old. We had to come back and fix it. Eli came and did some quality assurance and took pictures, and he was very proactive in getting the job done right.
Excellent personnel. Very professional and knowledgeable about their jobs. Quality of the work was top notch. Personnel working on our project were courteous and easy to work with.
We waited a year for construction of our pool cage, but it was well worth the wait. Finished product is perfect. Everyone we dealt with, from sales to construction crew, were honest, straightforward, and professional. There were delays, but we were always notified in advance so we were not inconvenienced.
