Our pool cage was done about 3 years ago. Everything went very well and we were well pleased with the outcome. Recently we installed new gutters. The install date was changed several times. We are happy with the gutters, although some gutters in the front hold 1/2 inch of water after a rain. Because of our unusual entranceway with many corners, it was explained that it is difficult to achieve the needed slope in order to allow drainage. We think that possibly the situation could be improved some.
Make sure that what you want is on the contract, and make sure there is a textured floor surface, not just a concrete surface. That wasn't explained to me.

I always recommend them. When I purchased the house in 2007, they had done the pool cage in 2001. That cage weathered all the storms until 2023. That's why I chose them to do another pool cage and gutters.
Company employees were responsive to our needs and requests for information. Installation technicians were very professional, efficient and respectful of our property and appearance of area following installation.
They were difficult to communicate with in real time.

Soffit 2. Facia 3. Gutters 4. Travertine Decking in entire lanai, front entry way, and on a separate open-patio area 5. Lanai Cage - they built the biggest, strongest, and best looking lanai cage for us that I've ever seen
