NO, lost too much money related to your failure to communicate
Project was delayed over 4 months from initial estimates. Had two issues with final build quality that have been communicated to Absolute but have not been addressed a month after completion.
Salesperson Nick didn't include the diverted for the gutters in the front. Called company because front gutter was leaking and cut short and drip rail on rear of house was bent and slightly hanging. Didn't get a call for three days so I called again. Eli said he had already come out and inspected the property. He never let us know he was ever here when he came. John was great, however your company’s attitude of “may or may not” be scheduling process, the whining about your gutter machine breakdown, and the insufferable lecture I was given about not knowing how it is to work outside, not understanding how employees find it difficult to work in the elements, made me irritated beyond belief. I might recommend AA but I would tell anyone exactly what we went through. See comments below.
I had to wait three months for the installation.
Lack of proper communication during delays in project, lack of empathy on impact of delays, management/ownership unaware of crappy customer service received and did nothing when made aware, had to call/text to ask for update on every step of the project before getting any action done, had to request people come back and redo many steps of the projects, etc.
