We used Absolutely Floored for a new vinyl plank floor in our Condo, Dexter McKnight provided insightful advice on the different floor specs and provided a detailed estimate of all the items that go in to the costs for a new floor. The installation team did a top notch job which looks very good and they did a very good clean up job after completing the installation. We have no hesitation in recommending Absolutely Floored for any flooring requirements.
Dexter was AMAZING to deal with!! Love our floors. Installation by Sam was fantastic. He knows his stuff. Excellent customer service!! Would deal with them again in a heartbeat and have recommended them to friends since.
Mike has been exceptional at helping complete a reno on my own. He and his team responded to all of my questions and endless emails and were always professional. Even now, when I am dealing with some returns, he has been extremely helpful and I can't thank him enough! I will definitely be using them again in the future and would be happy to recommend them to anyone.
