The staff speaks volumes. All were very sincere, and made me feel at ease. All the fear that I've had over the years went away. Dr. Hoven is very professional and does a wonderful job of explaining everything and her assistant Emily is the best. For the first time ever, I can truly say the trip to the dentist was great. Thank you.
When I learned that my 7 year old daughter had a cavity, I was so worried about having it filled. My childhood experience with fillings had been scary and painful! I am so impressed with the way Dr. Hoven and her asst handled the procedure! They made my daughter feel at ease and she never even knew she got a shot! Thank you for taking the time to make her experience a pleasant one!!
I am so pleased with Dr. Hoven. She is so genuine and she really cares about her patients. She personally call me the day after i had some caps put on to check on me. Not the receptionist, she called me and it really showed me how much she cares about her patients.

Our experience has ALWAYS been nothing shy of stellar. We never wait long to get in. Cleaning/xrays are always thorough yet timely. Yesterday, I was able to get in and out in an hour for a cleaning, xrays, and fitting for night guard. THANK YOU ladies...for being our family dentists!
My service on each visit was impeccable and the staff was nice. My only issue involved settling my account. I have always had double coverage because I am insured through my employer and my husband has it through his company. Therefore, I have never had to pay out of pocket for routine services due to coordination of benefits. Each time I had to explain this because I was asked for payment.
On the surface the first thing a patient notices is the state of the art facility at Hoven and Morgan. When you take a step beyond that, the staff is the warmest, friendliest and most accommodating doctors office I've ever visited. I feel like I can say this confidently because my three-year old is terrified to have her teeth brushed and she left smiling and happy. If you are looking for kind caring dental professionals, look no farther. I have been twice to their office and both times I was treated and felt like one of the family. Since I'm in my 60's I've seen a lot of dentists and this was probably one of my best experience. I believe my treatment was of the highest quality.
