I had my 6 month dental cleaning and check-up recently. It was as usual -- outstanding!
I had to have a cracked crown replaced and met Dr. Morgan for the first time at this visit. I was quite pleased to find she is not only a professional, but very down to earth. She is easy to talk to and welcomes questions or any concerns you may have. From the office personell to the dental visit you will be kindly greeted and welcomed to this practice.
Going to the dentist has never been one of my favorite things to do. However, Hoven & Morgan is the best experience you could ever imagine. The first time I called the receptionist was awesome. I was not a patient, at that time, I explained to her that I had a crown that had broken into. Half was still on my tooth. I have just moved back to the area and needed to find a dentist, and could not be happier. Excellent staff, they really do care about there patients. Wonderful followups. You won't go wrong.
The Dentists and staff at Hoven & Morgan are by far the best dentists my wife and I have every had the opportunity to work with. They make their patients feel very comfortable and welcomed while being treated.
One word for my visit. Fantastic! I am so glad I decided to listen to my wife and change to u guys. Not only did u do a great job but u even tried to accommodate my schedule change at the last minute. Even though it wasn't changed u guys tried and I appreciate that. I had a very good time, as good as u can with a filling, on my last appt and even though this is prolly an automative email service u guys do a good job at this too. Everything with my visit went great. Very professional and state of the art.
I moved to Birmingham a year ago and have been to this office 3 times. Dr. Hoven and all staff have been great. Very professional, timely - even have TVs to watch while you're in the chair!
Everything went great, no pain, staff was great. Will call Monday morning. Have a problem with a proturding bone sticking out of gum.
