I appreciate good customer service.Jayden was very knowledgeable about my unit and it’s pass parts replacements. His integrity was outstanding informing me that the compressor needed to be replace and it was done not to long ago this year.He replaced the compressor without charge.😇

The following day, Jesse and Desmire completed the installation and removed our old HVAC. They were very professional, experienced and provided top-notch service! Great job by the A/C designs team. The preventative maintenance schedule and requirements were met and exceeded. Our technician, Mrs. Knight, not only a skilled trade technician, but may have been the best customer service employee I have encountered in the trades. All tasks handled and explained throughout. As a certified building contractor, I will definitely be utilizing A/C designs on our projects, along with our home needs.
Amazing experience. He took time to explain everything to me not just talk at me. Very thorough (even when I was dealing with a nurse for my dad at the same time) and found issues we would never have know about with our new build. Installed a new HVAC system and performed some vent work. Had it installed and ready to go in about six hours. Cleaned as they worked. Very professional business. Great prices. Offered labor warranty as well! System works fantastic.
