When I called and asked what the earliest appointment was, I was surprised when he said "this week". It blew me away. Needless to say, I scheduled my service call and got it completed within 3 days. Amazing!

It has been a very long time since I have used the heater. I had it inspected and turned on before I really needed it. Thank god, because it needed a maintenance check. The stale smell was horrible but it went away quickly. I guess I should run it more often.
