I felt extremely rushed during my appointment with Dr. de Souza. They did a biopsy on my face which I had never experienced. I wasn't given any paper to take home with instructions. I wasn't told I'd have a rather large gouged out scar on my face. If I had been given the time and fully explained what to expect I may not have agreed to the biopsy that, looking back, was unnecessary. Another spot was given the freeze stuff which was good but the way they did it left a rectangle looking mark on my face which looks very unnatura... read more
