The scheduling staff were so helpful. They found a transport time that fit our needs perfectly. They made each step simple and do-able, and worked with us, the hospital, and destination facility, and the hospice to cover every detail. The transport staff were were competent, polite, professional, and friendly. They looked after my mother's needs and delivered us safe and sound. Awesome transport. Easy and smooth. We had to travel 10 hours. The nurse was very attentive and drivers were cautious. Highly recommended.

Don't know their names but, the drivers were more than willing to do whatever we needed. From loading my wife into ambulance to storing her belongings in ambulance. The nurse kept my son apprised of my wife's condition and also sent pictures of her, and their location.

The entire process was awesome with ACC. From the scheduling and coordination of pickup / drop-off facility was handled by ACC. This was a long trip from Rochester, NY to Phoenix, AZ. The crew was very caring and treated us like family. The drivers (Jared & Zachariah) were safe and stopped when needed. The medical professional (Regina) cared for my mother in all her needs. She rotated her to make sure she was comfortable the entire trip. I would highly recommend ACC for your transportation needs.

This was the first time we ever had to use a transport. From the very first call we felt like we had contacted the best service. Every company employee was friendly, courteous and made this stressful situation so much easier to navigate. Our mother was treated with respect and kindness. The coordinators were so helpful in planning a long transport on short notice. The drivers and medic were friendly and efficient. They arrived early and took care to build a rapport with my 81 year old Mom who was pretty nervous about the trip. Thanks so much!

ACC Medlink transport was perfection - bedside to bedside care and compassion. The nurse Regina was comforting and sensitive to my sister's needs. The driver was a great courteous and efficient driver especially since our transport required driving on country roads, a ferry and unpaved roads. The nurse Regina checked in on us the night before to make sure we knew what to expect on the trip. It is so comforting to have my sister home in our care. Grateful. Gratitude.
