The scheduling staff were so helpful. They found a transport time that fit our needs perfectly. They made each step simple and do-able, and worked with us, the hospital, and destination facility, and the hospice to cover every detail. The transport staff were were competent, polite, professional, and friendly. They looked after my mother's needs and delivered us safe and sound. Everyone was amazing Evelyn was my first contact with ACC she is a very professional and compassionate angel. We had a plan to transport my dad and it fell apart,Evelyn came up with a new plan and it worked perfectly. He was transported from Wichita KS to Torrance CA. He arrived early and in good spirits. It wasn't cheap to use them but it got done without any problems in hindsight I think the price was fair a lot went into his transport and I got updates as they got closer and never questioned the care that he received. The communication with the nurse Tricia was outstanding! She kept mom safe, comfortable, and seemingly entertained. My mother was happy when she got to CT despite it ending up being a 25 hour trip. Thank you all for taking great care of such precious cargo!

My father was quite happy on his journey. They were very good about his special diet and keeping up checking his vitals. They were all very friendly and made the ride seem not as long as 12 hours.

I wanted to acknowledge the other crew member as well, but I didn't catch his name and accidentally misplaced the comment card with their names. All three crew members were incredibly helpful and caring toward my mother (patient) and I. It was a smooth ride and I'm very thankful for their assistance.
