I read the literature and they gave lots of information on what it was going to be like. They did as they said.
Phillip and Tom went above for me working closely with Atlas who had discontinued my shingles. They were able to assist in the replacement and receiving the compensation from Atlas. They were always proactive and worked to make sure all documentation was correct.
They were great!
When I first did it it was my first time having anything done to my home and I was scared because you hear of contractors ripping people off. I received a brochure of the company and looked them up through the Better Business Burau. Phil held my hand through the then entire process. It was a nice experience. After it was done he followed up and helped me with the insurance papers. He was helpful.
They were very professional, helped out a lot and did a very good job. They kept me posted on what was happening and I would recommend Accent Roofing/LeakSmith to anybody.
