Everything was nice from the salesman until I accepted the quote and after that, it went from yes to no and gave rude responses.
Yes. I would recommend Accent to a friend who is in need of roofing or roof repair. The company was in the neighborhood and apparently saw damage to our roof. The salesman approach me and asked permission to inspect. I had hail damage which I would not have noticed for a while. We had a very good professional relationship and positive results.
My roof leaked and caused some interior damage requiring sheetrock repair and repainting. Michael wrote up the estimate for both the roof repairs, that Accent would handle, and the interior work, which they would subcontract out. The estimate was higher than my insurance company's estimate, but Michael said he would communicate with the adjuster and make sure we were only out our deductible.He never communicated with the adjuster. Dear Mr. Booher , After seeing this out of character review and survey I researched your contract, interviewed the salesman and project manager, and viewed the project photos. After gathering as much info as possible I have come to the opinion that this is a simple misunderstanding. The contract very very clearly has a line item that says - $738 (interior), it was deducted because we were not hired or contracted to do that work.
