I had a great experience at Access Endodontics! Every staff member with whom I interacted was professional and kind. The dentist and the assistant made sure to educate me on the process of my procedure and the administrative staff ensured I understood my insurance benefits and my financial responsibility days before my appointment. They also took COVID precautions seriously. No one enjoys having dental work, but if you have to have it, this is the place to go! It was worth the drive from North Spokane.
Staff and Dr fantastic, explained every procedure, made me feel cared for, hate going to dentists but they sure put me at ease

I was recommended to Access Endodontics by my dentist. I needed to have my first root canal done and was feeling a little anxious upon on my arrival. When I arrived to the office I was very pleased walking in and being greeted immediately! The staff was all very professional and extremely helpful. I'm not going to lie, I was very nervous. I've heard such horror stories about root canals. I have to say I'm so glad I went to Access Endodontics, they were amazing! Very professional, I would recommend them to anyone!
Friendly, professional office. My husband could not believe that he had no pain or discomfort after the anesthetic wore off. Dr. Tim Gatten was fabulous - explained in detail everything he was doing. Thank you Dr. Gatten for taking such great care of my husband�
