Terrible service I like in lake bluff in oakwood and they have been unhooking mine and my neighbors Xfinity WiFi trying to get us to switch to their service they have left many people without internet while illegally disconnecting our services with other companies which they had no right to do

We live in Oakwood LakeBluff and we had an AccessParks person come out and UNHOOK everyone's cable/internet from their boxes to their trailers. this is unacceptable. They are getting a big lawsuit on their hands.

I live in lake bluff mhp in oakwood illinois. Our park is trying to force everyone who has xfinity(myself included) to use access parks. I personally witnessed the manager of access parks (his name is zach) no idea of a last name. Try to intimidate and threaten the two xfinity techs that came to the park to fix the issues. The issue was he was going around disconnecting peoples internet that isnt provided by the park. for the last 2 years we have had this service. WHEN it works it is great! But every month we lose service and it's out for at least a week. it went out 24 hrs ago and they have still not dispatched a technician! When you call customer service they act mad because you called and get an attitude because we are upset! I would not ever recommend this company!
terrible service. literally have to unplug and replug in the router anywhere between 15 minutes and 4 minutes. never got a full 24hrs of service. when it does work it is still slower than mediacom. asked for help and was sent a servey on the technicians that installed. dont waste your time or money
Not secure, terrible customer service, and nearly no support when the many tech issues arise.

we have been waiting for this company to complete our wifi connection here in yuma, az at del pueblo resort and it is terrible. I do not recommend this at all.
