By far THE BEST customer service experience I have ever received when it comes to installers entering my home. We got this kind father son team who had no qualms with answering the millions of questions my kids threw at them and they were so understanding when working in the limited space we had for the installation. The internet speeds have been incredible too! We are so thrilled with our service and will be recommending the switch to all our neighbors.
We've had an excellent start with Access during the first 30 days. It's all new to us and the installation process along with getting the tv, laptops, and phones connected by the techs was very rewarding. They have a phone number connected to a real person (for assistance) and I personally have had a couple of calls from the VP of Marketing ensuring that we serviced and satisfied with Access. I'm an advocate for others in the park to get connected.
They came into our trailer park and was telling everyone they were going to be the only service provider in the park. We had them setup our service and we couldn't do hardly anything with it because it's whats called a Double NAT network. Our Gaming consoles couldn't connect with our friends, I couldn't host gaming servers. We paid for gigabit fiber and the best we could do with it was stream Disney plus. I live in a mobile home community and since we switch internet it's faster top speeds no issues or bogging down. Streaming or gaming at the same time on many devices. The install was amazing such a nice worker and kind and took the time to make sure he wasn't bringing in any mub or leafs or anything else. He was very professional and on time and did a wonderful job.
Started using Access Parks in January since we were told Xfinity is being cut off in our community. I was one of the first ones to get hooked up and so far it has been great.The guys who installed the router were very friendly and professional.The price is also great when compared to Xfinity.
