We've had an excellent start with Access during the first 30 days. It's all new to us and the installation process along with getting the tv, laptops, and phones connected by the techs was very rewarding. They have a phone number connected to a real person (for assistance) and I personally have had a couple of calls from the VP of Marketing ensuring that we serviced and satisfied with Access. I'm an advocate for others in the park to get connected.
Great company! No complaints here. Service is much better than the last provider and upload speeds match download which is really rare, especially for the price!
Absolute joke of a company I have been at dreaming and drifting RV park for about 5 months now. I have managed to call almost every single day multiple times to try to help them do their jobs and diagnose the issue and they still can’t seem to do their jobs and give us a solution to the problem their company has created. Our park forced us to switch to this from our old provider and it's constantly going out or there are techs doing "tests". I've had more outages in one month of service than I had with 5 years from my prior provider.
We were unable to connect our Roku device but our laptop PC did connect. We prefer the Roku as it allows us to watch on the big screen TV.
