RecommendedHad to call in a Sunday emergency call. My very old heat pump unit was making me very scared of a potential fire. They had a service man out within the hour. He was so great and understood my fears. Found the source and disconnected all of it until I can get a new unit. Stayed to make sure everything cooled down. He gave me such piece of mind! Will be calling first thing in the morning to get a brand unit installed! Customer for life here!! Thank you Accurate for having such great service people on staff!!

RecommendedSeth and Cody with Accurate came out last Friday and installed a new Bryant air conditioner for us.They were very knowledgeable and did a great job! Mike answered all the questions that we had about replacing our 27 year old Bryant .
they came in to install new hot water tanks and broke my ac unit while they were doing so. they're leaving my wife and our 3 you kids without ac for like a week. the lady on the phone was very rude and said well just go somewhere else. not everyone has places they can go like that. they literally broke my ac so they could come back out and charge more money. fucking scam artists
