Ace Of Carts has exemplary Customer Service. We unfortunately received damage to our golf cart from a hit and run, right here in Latitude, which was very disappointing. However, Ace Of Carts came through and took care of the matter in short order, always friendly and reliable for sure.
Ace of Carts was super and still is, worked with us when we had no idea when we were moving into Margaritaville. They stored our cart until we told them we were closing. They delivered that day, in the rain. Francis is very helpful, you can stop at anytime and ask questions about your cart. If something is wrong, they correct it for you.

The technician that came out was prompt, professional and friendly. He called when he was on his way and was able to take care of the issues I was having with my golf cart…. Except for the seat squeak😒 I also appreciated that Ace of Carts fit me in the schedule within a few days.
Bought our cart from them before we moved in. They were great working with me to hold the cart until I closed. They are fantastic for ongoing maintenance and service.
