The tech was very knowledgeable and he worked efficiently. At times garage items where in his way but he just moved them without my help. He did arrived a half hour late due to work scheduling and I asked if he prefer to come back the next day, but said no and proceeded to work. Very please with the garage door “LiftMaster.”
Thankful for a fixed repair. Garage door works great. A little frustrating waiting for 3.5 hours. But they still came within their “window” of scheduling. It would be better if they could schedule more accurately for working people who have to take the time off of work to be there.
Great and efficient job.
