If you ask the waitress/waiter to have them put Chipotle Tibasco on the oysters while on the grill you'll get a surprisingly delightful burst of flavor when you bite into them! I think it's a not on the menu secret.😋😁

The best seafood and Cajun cooking i have had in a really long time. Went back the next night for dinner again. The best oysters and gumbo. You will not be disappointed.
