Quintessential New Orleans Oyster Bar. It is a must visit when in NOLA. Everything on the menus is worth a try, but of course Oysters are the star. I love to start with a dozen raw, followed by a dozen chargrilled. Perfection. Sit at the bar I front of Mike “Hollywood” he’s been shuckin’ at Acme for forty years. Great guy.
