3 friends had recommended that I visit Acme whilst in NOLA and I’m so happy I did! I went early around 3:00 before meeting friends and sat at the bar. Curtis was my server who was awesome! He made a few suggestions with the menu as I wasn’t overly hungry which didn’t disappoint! The seafood gumbo and jambalaya were delicious and Voodoo Mary cocktail 🍹 was sensational! I’ll definitely be back and recommend to family/friends. Renae, Sydney, Australia 🇦🇺
Delish!!! Chargrilled Raw Shooters!!Dont be afraid of the line, it moves fast! Great service! Get some!
My husbands grandparents use to frequent this establishment in the 40’s and 50’s before moving to Texas, so I had to go in memory of them. It was worth the 30 minute wait to get in. The staff were great! I’m not a huge oyster fan, so I had the boiled crawfish and Shrimp Etouffee. Loved both! Also had the prickly pear margarita. It was delicious! In hindsight, I wish I had the grilled oysters;I do like them that way. Will have to plan on bringing my husband who loves oysters like his grandpa next time we visit NOLA.
Loved the charbroiled oysters and the gravy and cheese fries...boo fries...the best...there is always a line outside for a reason!
