I needed a cistern in my downstairs toilet replaced. I contacted Acorn and get a response to my e-mail the next day. An engineer was sent for a site visit less than a week after sending the initial e-mail. When the work was done it was completed quickly and the engineer cleaned up when he finished. I would recommend Acorn for both Gas and Plumbing tasks, as they have done both types of jobs for me in the last year.
